IPS intends to move the USA HAP charts to the Global HF HAP charts and cease producing the USA regional map. The IPS world map is available for near vertical incidence ionospheric support. This change is planned for early in October. If this is a concern to you please email office@ips.gov.au


These are Daily Area Predictions of communication frequencies for the present day and are based on IPS average maps of the ionosphere. Because of the variability of the ionosphere this type of prediction can only be made for the current hour.
