  • 04 December 07 New documentation has been added to the Magnetometer Data Catalogue showing in detail the distribution of IPS magnetometers throughout Australasia and Antarctica and the associated data formats. See the Links at the bottom of the Magnetometer Page.    



  • 10 September 07 Plotting Applets in the World Data Centre Data Display and Download section have been updated and enhanced with more plotting functions now available. See for example, Magnetometer Data Display.    



  • 22 Aug 07 Riometer data of four Antarctic stations from 1987 to 2000 is now available. Follow this link.   



  • 22 Aug 07 Learmonth spectrograph images are now available via the World Data Centre. Follow this link.   



  • 16 Jul 07 A new interface has been created to allow browsing of the IPS WDC spectrograph archive. All Culgoora radiospectrograph dayfiles have been processed into gif images and a selection tool created to allow month by month review. The original dayfiles can be retrieved by clicking on the date above a thumbnail, or a full page image displayed by clicking on the thumbnail. A summary of events for the month is displayed upon selection.Follow this link to access the tool.    



  • 09 March 07 An archive of Culgoora radio spectrograph event logs has been made available on the IPS ftp site. Monthly event logs contain summaries of all radio emissions including noise storms, bursts and sweeps dating back to 1990. Type I,II,III,IV and V radio bursts are included in the summaries. Follow this link to view spectrograph summaries.    



  • 07 March 07 A number of IPS software tools have been made available for download in the World Data Centre section of the IPS website. Follow this link to view available tools.    



  • 08 February 2007 Riometer Data is available for download from our FTP server.
