there is a new article in the INAG Bulletin,

"Station Report: A new ionosonde at Boulder" by Terence Bullett.

The article was placed in the bulletin in late November, but
due to an oversight on my part I forgot to send out an email 
alert.  My apologies to Terry for this late note about his
interesting article.
