Depressed by 15% during local night.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Depressed by 20% over the UT day.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 25 was issued on 17 December
and is current for interval 17-19 December. Depressed conditions
observed for Northern AUS/Equatorial regions during local day
and night with similar conditions for Southern AUS/NZ regions.
Depressed conditions for Antarctic regions over the entire UT
day. Similar conditions are expected for the next few days with
MUF depressions of 10%-30%.
