Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values during local day,
Enhanced by 15% during local night.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Depressed conditons observed during local day and night
for Northern Australia regions over the last 24h hours. Mostly
normal conditions for Equatorial and Southern AUS/NZ regions,
with some disturbed periods for Antarctic regions. Similar conditions
are expected for the next 3 days, with possible MUF depressions
