DEAR IPS FLARE ALERT CUSTOMERS,
APOLOGIES FOR MULTIPLE MESSAGES FOR FLARE LOCATION. I WAS RUNNING SOFTWARE IN
MANUAL AS WELL AS AUTOMATIC MODE WHICH RESULTED IN MULTIPLE ALERTS.
FLARE SIZE WAS IN FACT 3 BRIGHT (NO PATROL BEFORE 0209UT).
